Three citizens of Uzbekistan, who had previously applied to the Ukrainian authorities for asylum, have disappeared. The secret services of Ukraine and Uzbekistan were involved in their disappearance.

Thus, in October 2020, Alisher Khaidarov, previously accused in Uzbekistan of religious extremism under two articles of the Criminal Code, disappeared. Another missing person, Rakhmedin Saparov, served his sentence in a colony and disappeared from it on the day of his release, while the colony administration claims that he was removed from the territory and given a certificate of release. Another citizen of Uzbekistan, Ulukbek Khakimov, according to Anvar Derkach, was arrested by SBU officers.

“Everything indicates that there is a systematic work of the so-called law enforcement agencies of Ukraine, which act in collusion with the special services of authoritarian regimes, in particular, Uzbekistan, to detain, capture and expel people against whom cases have been brought in Uzbekistan on religious and political grounds.

That is, the Ukrainian special services act in the interests of other states, provoking just indignation and aggression of Ukrainian Muslims here, against their state. I think that this is the activity of people in power who live on our taxes that is harmful to the state and society,” said Anvar Derkach.

Earlier, Anvar Derkach made similar accusations regarding the cooperation of the SBU with the Russian special services, who also extradited Muslims accused of extremism, and also criticized the refusal of the Ukrainian Border Service to allow Russian citizen Dmitry Khamza Chernomorchenko into the country, who works as the editor-in-chief of the Voice of Islam media project and lives in Turkey.
