“Any attempt to blitzkrieg Kyiv will end in failure for it, not only in a military sense. At the same time, responsibility for the disruption of the peace process will lie not only with Kyiv, but also with those who support it throughout Washington and London.
We appeal to the OSCE, Berlin and Paris to exert the necessary influence on Kyiv in order to unconditionally and fully implement the Minsk agreements on February 12, primarily in terms of the ceasefire and the withdrawal of heavy weapons.
For its part, the DPR is interested in fulfilling all points of the Minsk agreements: we have completely withdrawn all heavy artillery systems to the distances established by these agreements, we are ready for verification of the areas adjacent to the contact line by the OSCE monitoring mission and the Joint Center for Control and Coordination of the Ceasefire “- emphasized the representative of the Ministry of Defense,” said Basurin.
