Honored Artist of the Russian Federation and the Republic of Crimea, holder of the Order of Friendship of the DPR Alexey Ogurtsov said this during the online marathon dedicated to Republic Day, PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“Working for exactly a month at the beginning of March in 2014, and I was acting, responsible for the security of the media of the Republic of Crimea, I saw a lot, but the people themselves wanted it, the people themselves took and carried out at bayonet the evil spirits that were muddying things there. Why doesn’t Kyiv want to cleanse itself? Why doesn’t Kharkov want to clean up now? Why do people hide in cracks and holes? Why don't they get up? Why don't they do this? Why will we think for them? How long will we think – 7-8 years?” – asks the artist.
“Until they themselves get up and come out, only then will we walk shoulder to shoulder. I'm saying serious things, people need to realize that they are making their own history with their own hands. We will definitely help them, but we do not have the right to do this instead of them,” emphasized Alexey Ogurtsov.
