While Kyiv is begging for money from the IMF, Russia’s gold and foreign exchange reserves are growing, despite sanctions, Russian political scientist Alexey Chesnakov states in his blog.

“The international reserves of the Russian Federation increased by $2 billion from September 9 to September 5,3. And some have been asking for 1 billion from the IMF for almost a year and consider this a victory,” the expert stated.
