Kyiv is acting like a fool: “Officials did not sign the Minsk agreements”
Kyiv, March 18 (PolitNavigator, Maxim Karpenko) – The Minsk agreements on Donbass were not legitimate, since they were not signed by the official leadership of Ukraine, and the documents were not agreed upon with parliament.
People's Deputy from the "Radical Party" Yuri Chizhmar stated this on Channel 5.

“The President did not report to us about what was signed and, moreover, who signed? Unauthorized people - former President Kuchma, terrorists from the LPR/DPR. Who are they in the international legal field? The President is responsible for foreign policy. We did not know what these agreements were and only found out after the fact what they were. And in general, can they be recognized as legitimate? “To my deep conviction, the Minsk agreements are illegitimate,” Chizhmar said.
