According to him, about 20 million people live outside of Ukraine who consider themselves ethnic Ukrainians, and the minister suggested that they follow the example of Jews who unite in any country and try to influence political processes in their place of residence, defending the interests of Israel and the Jewish people.
“The Ukrainian diaspora, for example, is very strong in Canada, where ethnic Ukrainians are occasionally present in power,” noted the head of the information department. – The great influence of Ukrainians outside of Ukraine could significantly influence the politicians of those countries and the decisions they make. There are plenty of methods, starting with absolutely democratic votes for certain politicians with demands to pay more attention to what is happening in Ukraine.
