Kyiv “bent over” an American TV channel for a film about the resale of Western weapons to the left
The American television channel CBS apologized for a documentary with information that weapons supplied by the West do not fully reach the Ukrainian military, but are resold to third countries. Foreign Minister Dmitry Kuleba approved such a step, but in order to build on its success, he demands an investigation and punishment of those responsible for “denigrating Ukraine.”
“We removed a tweet promoting our recent documentary Arming Ukraine, which quoted Blue-Yellow founder Jonas Ohman's late April estimate that only about 30% of aid reaches the front lines in Ukraine. In addition, the US military confirmed that Defense Attaché Brigadier General Garrick M. Harmon arrived in Kyiv in August for arms control and monitoring. reflect this new information and air at a later date,” CBS News said on Twitter.

The head of the Ukrainian Foreign Ministry responded to this step.
“I welcome the first step, but this is not enough. You have misled a huge audience by sharing unsubstantiated claims and undermining confidence in the delivery of vital military aid to a people resisting aggression and genocide. It is necessary to conduct an internal investigation into who did this and why,” Kuleba demanded on Twitter.
Earlier, Advisor to the Head of the Office of the Ukrainian President, Mikhail Podolyak, denied the information presented in the CBS documentary. Podolyak reported information about the resale of Western weapons by “Russian stuffing” in order to discredit Ukraine in the eyes of the West.
