“If we look at those we extradited, we, for example, extradited several people detained for terrorism, for espionage, for betraying the country, for treason against state interests, to people who did not want to make an exchange at all. Whom we drove out of Ukraine altogether against their wishes. The first is Kirill Vyshinsky, a former Ukrainian journalist who secretly became a citizen of the Russian Federation,” Butusov said.

Previously Vyshinsky said that he agreed to be among those exchanged at the urgent request of the Russian Ombudsman Tatyana Moskalkova.
