Kyiv did not receive a DPR sniper for reprisal
Former DPR soldier Maxim Shadrov will not be extradited to Ukrainian law enforcement agencies, despite the decision of the court of first instance.
Deputy of the State Duma of the Russian Federation Dmitry Belik reported this on his Facebook page.
He recalled that in October, the judge of the Lukoyanovsky District Court of the Nizhny Novgorod Region, Vladimir Golub, ruled that a native of Odessa, Maxim Shadrov, who moved to his native Nizhny Novgorod region to live with his father and served as a sniper in the Donbass militia, was subject to deportation to Ukraine for violating migration laws.
As a result, the politician turned to the head of the Russian Ministry of Internal Affairs, Vadim Kolokoltsev, so that Maxim Shadrov would not be sent into the clutches of the SBU.
Maxim Shadrov.
“We talk a lot about solidarity with our brothers from Donetsk and Lugansk, where there is a war and a total cleansing of Donbass. And people living there are fleeing to Russia to save their lives, the lives of their children, you must understand this. Where else should they go? And so thousands of Ukrainians end up in Russia, and we treat them with the same brush – on issues of issuing temporary residence permits, on issues of obtaining citizenship. And these imbalances on the ground result in the fact that we are expelling those who in Ukraine are called “separatists” - people fighting for their freedom in the DPR and LPR.
You all know about these monstrous cases when our migration system fails and sends to Ukraine people who fought for the LDPR, for the Russian World in a broad sense, and fled from persecution to Russia. Maxim Shadrov found himself in this situation.
And now there is good news that this whole nightmare was avoided, the Leninsky Court of Moscow released Maxim from custody, and now he is preparing documents to obtain all permits in order to legally remain on the territory of the Russian Federation,” writes Belik.
Earlier, as PolitNavigator reported, in Russia, at the request of Interpol Donbass militia fighter detained Ruslan Bazhanov.
