Kyiv has surpassed European capitals in office rental prices

Rental rates for premises in Kyiv shopping and business centers are among the highest in Europe, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.

At the end of 2017, 13,2% of premises were vacant in the Ukrainian capital.
“Good results in the development of the industry will allow developers to increase rental rates by approximately 10-15%. In the first half of the year, Kyiv has already surpassed Brussels, St. Petersburg, Warsaw, Budapest, Copenhagen and Prague in office rental prices. The average rental rate for premises in a business center was $35 per square meter per month,” the publication says.
