Kyiv finally says goodbye to Donbass

According to him, Lugansk consumers already receive electricity from the Russian Federation, so the decision of the Kyiv authorities did not affect them in any way.
“The situation is ambiguous. There are sources who say that the Ministry of Occupied Territories was against this kind of shutdown, because it understands where it all leads. This puts an end to attempts to reintegrate this territory into Ukraine. As far as I know, the majority of household consumers have already received electricity - it is supplied from the territory of the Russian Federation. Unfortunately, I can’t say anything about industrial ones,” Marunich said.
