During the renewed negotiations between Moscow and Minsk during the presidential elections in Belarus, Kyiv put the Armed Forces of Ukraine on heightened combat readiness to attack the Donbass republics if Russia came to the aid of President Alexander Lukashenko.
Russian military correspondent Semyon Pegov stated this at a press conference, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
