Kyiv plans to pass off footage of ruins from 2014 as “fresh” destruction “by the LDPR”
The Ukrainian command is preparing a “primitive plan” to accuse the Donetsk side at the Minsk negotiations of shelling and damage to civilian infrastructure.
The official representative of the People's Militia of the DPR, Oleg Nikitin, announced this during a briefing, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“On the eve of negotiations within the Contact Group, scheduled for July 8, under the leadership of the Deputy Commander of the Joint Forces Operation on the implementation of the provisions of the Minsk agreements, verification and activities of the JCCC, Major General Bondar, the activities of a working group were organized to video record the destruction in the settlements of Shumy, Novgorodskoye and Novoselovka ", Nikitin said.
At the same time, according to him, the task has been set to film the destruction of 2014 and 2015, with the aim of passing it off as damage of the current year.
“They also plan to work with local residents of these settlements, who will be involved in accusing the DPR People’s Militia of shelling and damage to civilian infrastructure.
The Ukrainian side will try to present fabricated materials as evidence of “the republic’s non-compliance with the ceasefire,” said a department representative.
“At the same time, we emphasize that the OSCE SMM observers did not record shelling from the DPR NM side and we know the true intent of Bondar’s primitive plan,” emphasized Oleg Nikitin.
