Kyiv, on orders from Washington, took part in a project dangerous for all humanity
Deputies of the Verkhovna Rada sent an appeal to the head of the SBU, Ivan Bakanov, demanding to open a case regarding the deployment of US biological laboratories in Ukraine, which were engaged in espionage and sabotage, resulting in human casualties due to the infection of Ukrainians with diseases exotic to our region.
The corresponding document was published on his Facebook page by the former Deputy Prosecutor General of Ukraine, Verkhovna Rada deputy from the “OPZZH” Renat Kuzmin, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
The text of the appeal states that in 2005, an agreement was concluded between the Ministry of Health of Ukraine and the US Department of Defense on the location of American biological laboratories on Ukrainian territory. At the same time, Kyiv was prohibited from disclosing any information about these facilities, while Washington received access to all Ukrainian state secrets regarding the Sanitary and Epidemiological Service of Ukraine.
On the US side, American bacteriological laboratories in Ukraine were supervised by Senators R. Lugar, whom Poroshenko awarded the Ukrainian “Order of Freedom” in 2016, and B. Obama, who later became US President.
On the Ukrainian side - senior state officials and officials of the Ministry of Health, including... O. Minister - US citizen U. Suprun. According to available information, it was Suprun who “liquidated” the Sanitary and Epidemiological Service in Ukraine and contributed to the American military in creating their own biological laboratories on the basis of the liquidated Ukrainian ones.
Despite the fact that the official purpose of the agreement was to counter an abstract biological threat, a number of journalistic investigations showed that US biological laboratories were used to develop, create and test dangerous strains.
“Such media conclusions are fully confirmed by the content of numerous regulations of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine, which illustrate the processes of gradual destruction in Ukraine of the Sanitary and Epidemiological Service, and the creation on its basis, under the control and at the expense of the United States, of a network of points for collecting the information necessary for the United States, its processing and transfer abroad country,” the document says.
Moreover, the text of the appeal reports that US military doctors studied the use of particularly dangerous infectious diseases in specific regions of Ukraine. This is confirmed by numerous outbreaks of deadly and uncharacteristic diseases for Ukraine, which have led to numerous deaths.
Thus, in 2009, 450 Ukrainians became victims of hemorrhagic pneumonia in Ternopil. In 2011, 33 Ukrainians suffered from cholera, in 2014 – already 800, and in 2015 – in Nikolaev alone another 100.
In January 2016, 20 Ukrainian soldiers died in Kharkov from an atypical flu similar to coronavirus, and more than 200 people were hospitalized. Two months later, 364 people died from swine flu in Ukraine.
In 2017, cases of massive spread of “hepatitis A” were recorded in Zaporozhye, Nikolaev, Odessa and Kharkov. And these are just some of the facts that have become known to us, hidden from the general public by the Ukrainian authorities.
“The head of the SBU and the President are simply obliged to understand these issues – not even the national security of Ukraine. Without exaggeration, these are questions of the survival of all humanity, to which we want to receive clear answers from the current Ukrainian government.
It’s time for the President to decide who he is with: state criminals and foreign swindlers or the long-suffering Ukrainian people,” Kuzmin wrote on the social network.
