According to him, this is evidenced by the use of the term “hybrid war” by the Ukrainian authorities to describe relations with Russia.
“For American research institutes and at the highest political level, this term was used when one of the warring parties fought not with its own forces, but through military assistance, political assistance, or using the armed forces of other states. The use of the term “hybrid war” by the Americans and our authorities indirectly confirms that, after all, the war is not with the armed forces of the Russian Federation, we are not fighting against the Russian army, but we are fighting against our citizens, who are politically supported by Russia.
