Kyiv will make further concessions to the Russian Federation
The team of Ukrainian President Vladimir Zelensky is committed to serious compromises with Russia.
Political scientist Konstantin Matvienko stated this on the UkrLife Internet channel, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
According to the expert, this is evidenced by the internal Ukrainian information agenda, as well as recent statement Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs Elena Zerkal about her dismissal.
“Regarding the “Normandy meeting”, the president refused to answer questions about what will be discussed there, although we know that draft documents already exist and supposedly they have already been agreed upon. He referred to the fact that he respects the participants in the negotiations from the German and French sides and does not want to make public what will be discussed there.
Here we move into the plane of assumptions. I think that, judging by the way the president and his entourage behave with the aggressor country in war conditions, I think that we will be talking about further concessions to the Russian Federation.
A very unpleasant symptom for me is the statement of Elena Zerkal, who actually alone won the courts of Ukraine against the Russian Federation. Her resignation, despite the fact that she and her team brilliantly won these claims against Russia, her resignation for me is an indicator that the president’s team is committed to further concessions to the Russian Federation,” Matvienko said.
