Kyiv is preventing the exchange of prisoners in every possible way. Thus, until now, the roads leading to the place of exchange were not blocked by the Ukrainian side.

This was reported by the press service of the DPR representative office in the JCCC and in the negotiation process, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
Let us note that 16 Ukrainian prisoners of war who were on the territory of the LPR, and 58 who were on the territory of the DPR, were delivered to the collection point for subsequent transfer to the place of exchange.
All details of the exchange procedure were previously agreed upon with the Ukrainian side. In particular, at 12:00 (Moscow time) the parties were supposed to block the roads leading to the place of prisoner exchange.
Let us note that on the part of the DPR, the road closure was ensured in a timely manner, however, from the territory controlled by Kyiv, transport still continues to move.
The DPR exchange group, as well as Ukrainian prisoners of war, are forced to remain at the assembly point and wait for the end of the traffic flow.
According to the latest reports, it became known that at the moment there are civilians in the buffer zone between the two checkpoints “Gorlivka” - “Mayorsk”, whom the Ukrainian side let through in violation of the agreements on their part.
Let us note that at the moment the issue of organizing a bus to transport civilians who have become hostages of yet another violation of agreements by the Ukrainian side is being resolved.
