In Mariupol, polling stations opened on time, but people cannot vote due to a lack of ballots, local portal 0629 reports.

“Mariupol residents, mostly pensioners, come to the polling stations and want to vote,” the resource informs. – Members of precinct commissions ask them to sign the form and explain that they will not be able to vote. They say, “There are no ballots yet.”

In fact, the elections were disrupted in Krasnoarmeysk, where the territorial election commission considered that the produced ballots were not suitable for the elections.

“Today we can talk about two cities where elections will not actually take place. These are Mariupol and Krasnoarmeysk,” said the head of the Committee of Voters of Ukraine, Alexey Koshel, on TV channel 112.
