He also called for this appointment to be prevented, otherwise the level of corruption in the city administration will increase disproportionately.
“I have no illusions about the leadership of the city by Mayor Klitschko, but I imagine that the professional level of corruption that we will be able to see if the city is led by a person like Alexander Tkachenko will be much more serious than today with the Klitschko team. I think this is disgraceful, and we need to make sure this doesn’t happen. But, in the end, President Zelensky decides this,” the political scientist concluded.
