“This is a continuation of the sabotage and terrorist war that Ukraine is waging against the population that it considers citizens of its country. This is a completely unacceptable, egregious event, which once again demonstrates that Ukraine has in fact become a terrorist state and is incapable of more than such terrorist attacks. She is incapable of dialogue and agreements. Based on this, the Donbass republics should build their policy regarding Ukraine,” Denisov said.
