Kyiv continues to attribute all its problems in the Donbass to military operations
The Ukrainian authorities attribute all mistakes and shortcomings of Kyiv regarding state regulation of the sphere of sanitary and epidemiological well-being of Donbass to the consequences of military operations. This was reported by the press service of the DPR Ministry of Emergency Situations following a meeting of the inspectorate for monitoring and control of the security situation of enterprises and facilities in the territory controlled by Kyiv, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.

“The joint inspection once again establishes the irresponsible, incompetent and short-sighted attitude towards decision-making by representatives of all levels of government in Ukraine. Ukrainian media occasionally and reluctantly state such facts, often using the technique of “substitution of concepts,” and all errors and shortcomings of state regulation of the sphere of sanitary and epidemic welfare of the population of Donbass are “written off” as consequences of military operations,” they reported at the meeting.
