Kyiv is trying to stop Ukrainians from entering Crimea with a poster

Ukrainian authorities installed an intimidating poster at the Chongar checkpoint, where huge queues of people wishing to enter Crimea had accumulated.

Ex-VRU deputy Alexei Zhuravko wrote about this on his Facebook, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.

“There are queues at the entrance to Crimea again. People have been standing at the Chongar checkpoint since the night; whether they will be able to cross the border today is not certain. People stand in front of the Ukrainian border and admire the “creative” work of the Ukrainian authorities, who cannot stop and prohibit people from traveling to Crimea,” Zhuravko wrote.

He writes that the Ukrainian media are trying to shift the blame for the queues at the border to Russia.

“In UkroSMI, as always, they blame the “occupiers” for everything, allegedly for some reason Russian border guards are deliberately taking a long time to let cars through. So in the Ukrainian kingdom of distorting mirrors, everything is as always,” Zhuravko noted.
