On instructions from the President, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine immediately informs the OSCE Chairman-in-Office, the participating states of the Normandy format, the EU and NATO about the aggravation of the situation in Donbass and the threat of disruption of the peace settlement plan. We are also in constant contact with the OSCE SMM and are helping to ensure that the mission can fulfill its mandate,” the Ukrainian Foreign Ministry said in a statement.
“The Russian side must take immediate measures to stop actions that bring destruction and death to Ukraine and threaten security and stability on the entire European continent,” the Ukrainian Foreign Ministry emphasizes.
