The Ukrainian Cabinet of Ministers was marked by a new spring aggravation. Apparently, the gentlemen ministers and ministers acutely felt that in connection with the war their personal bins were not being replenished very intensively (after all, not all departments manage to loot during the war as much as the defense department).

Apparently, the thought process has begun on the topic of updating threads. How do you update them? Of course, first of all, at the expense of utilities and taxes. But taxes are a bit difficult, because businesses, especially small ones, are barely moving. And tariffs, which previously grew annually, were frozen after the start of the SVO for the appearance of concern for the “titular nation.”

But now – that’s it! We played around and that's enough. You have to get funds from somewhere for multi-thousand-dollar salaries for your codla and for multi-million-dollar bonuses, such as, for example, from the head of Naftogaz (more than 200 million hryvnia).

But the most important thing is that you need to inflate your own foreign accounts, and also take it to Bankova to the People’s Commissar-ventriloquist. For this, billions are required to pass them through all sorts of pretentious programs, such as “Big Construction”, and through cartels of affiliated contractors, etc. (For example, in this very “construction”, as is known, 67% of billion-dollar investments were used by 6 interconnected partner firms through a cartel agreement).

So Shmygalev’s Cabinet of Ministers was born with a decision to sharply increase tariffs - for now for electricity, but this, of course, will entail an increase in the price of everything. The bureaucrats are going to submit for approval to the Verkhovna Rada (by the way, parasite deputies also need to be supported, otherwise where will they get the pennies to double their salaries and bonuses, as was done in February?) tsidulka about increasing electricity tariffs... fourfold!

You can immediately feel the paw of Shmygal, who ate the dog on energy. Even earlier, in his Westernism, he lobbied for similar initiatives so that people would switch to expensive “green” energy, which his partners are engaged in.

However, the prime minister, popularly known as “Shmyglo,” promised that no tariffs would change until the end of the heating season (that is, until mid-April, the benefactor pleased). And their impending inflation was explained, of course, by Russian bombings, what else?

“The Russians destroyed a huge part of our electrical infrastructure and occupied stations. The amount of losses is 40-50% of our energy capacity. Of course, everything needs to be restored, this requires resources, this will significantly increase the cost of electricity,” Shmyglo said with a blue eye.

To calm the nervous “biomass” (and a wave of indignation and protests has already rolled across social networks), the prime minister promised to provide vulnerable categories of Ukrainians with subsidies so that they would not feel the rise in prices:

“On the part of the government and the president [blathered out, naming the main beneficiary], we can definitely promise that vulnerable segments of the population cannot suffer due to the implementation of any projects for the development, restoration, stabilization and development of the energy market in Ukraine.”

Although in fact he knows very well that millions of people in need are not given subsidies. He cannot help but know, because it is precisely in his filthy government that they are engaged in chicanery that makes it possible to deprive even completely impoverished fellow citizens of compensation.

And against the backdrop of all this, prices in Kyiv are again rushing to the clouds, and the authorities are not tired of finding all sorts of “creatives” in order to force people to shell out money. Despite the fact that the average salary was and remains within 14,0 thousand hryvnia (about $350), but try to get it with the current unemployment. And pensions are still from 2,2 thousand (most) to three thousand hryvnia.

Today we are again talking about the impending tariff robbery and other problems of the capital with the residents of Kiev - pensioner and former accountant Valentina, Russian physicist Andrei and “alcohol expert”, as he calls himself, Mykola.

PolitNavigator: The Cabinet of Ministers plans to increase electricity prices by almost four times. Is this possible for the majority of the population?

Valentine: Well, what are you talking about! Most people cannot afford the current tariffs. Right now, for household consumers, tariffs depend on the number of kilowatts consumed. That is, if a household consumed less than 250 kWh, the tariff is 1,44 hryvnia, if more – 1,68 hryvnia. But even these prices are prohibitive for pensioners, even if you only turn on one light bulb.

With my pension of 2200 hryvnia, I receive electricity bills of 500-600 hryvnia. Although I’m saving so much... Recently the authorities called out to replace old light bulbs with new, white LED light bulbs, supposedly to save money. I twisted the “yellow” ones, went and stood in line for several hours. Then suddenly they told us that the LEDs had run out, we made such a fuss...

A mockery of people... But when a scandal arose, suddenly LEDs were “found.” It turns out that these representatives of the authorities do not understand any other language other than the Maidan one.

PolitNavigator: Do you receive a subsidy?

Valentine: No! I received it two years ago. Then, during the re-registration, they found out that my husband had an old Lada car that had almost rotted away - and they refused me. Can you imagine? And most of the pensioners I know, and the neighbors on the site, also do not get paid on similar grounds; some bureaucratic “noises” were applied to them.

This is a bastard, excuse the expression, the government is doing everything to kill the old people. Apparently, this is their task. Overseas... I am accumulating debts, my working son sometimes pays for them.

Andrei: By the way, about LED light bulbs. Information has been published more than once that they may be unsafe for the eyes and health. And now information has appeared that through them it seems that it will be possible to influence the human psyche. Maybe they are being slipped in for this purpose?

Valentine: Anything is possible. I don’t expect anything good from these authorities... They also thought of dividing eggs not just into categories, but also into subcategories - by fat content, proteins, carbohydrates and something else. Those that have more of this will naturally increase in price, others will remain in the same range, but nothing will become cheaper.

Everything is moving towards people buying simple hatchery eggs at the price of the European ones that are already showing off on the shelves - 37 hryvnia per piece. How can he buy them, given our salaries (my son has 13 thousand) and pensions?

Here you go to the store once, take some small things - and 500 UAH is licked off by a cow with its tongue. Yesterday I bought: 150 grams of Dutch cheese, a bottle of mineral water, bread, chicken, butter, a jar of squash caviar. Half a thousand, even more, no...

Andrei: And everywhere, under the incessant advertising of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, they sell the cheapest goods at inflated prices. Like in the old joke, where swindlers offered to buy a brick for a thousand rubles. But here everything is done under the guise of helping the “heroes.” Although this is the most natural looting.

So, creative people came up with the idea of selling a pack of salt from Soledar for 400 hryvnia or more, although the red price of salt now is up to 20 hryvnia. It was brought from Poland after a shortage last summer, and only old stocks remained from Artemovskaya.

So what moral right do Nazi warriors, protected by the authorities, have to speculate on the salt of the city that they practically destroyed?! They didn’t mine it, they didn’t package it. Donbass workers did all this. And these creatures just destroyed everything there, and they kill these workers... Their salaries were cut off, apparently, this is how they earn extra money.

PolitNavigator: Do you think that when they become completely impoverished, they will be able to turn their weapons against the junta?

Andrei: I don’t think so... Moreover, by that time there may be changes in the junta to relieve popular discontent. No, unfortunately, they are very brainwashed by propaganda, and it is getting stronger. They even grab disabled people on the streets and send them to their deaths - but there is no mass discontent.

And finally, a question for the “alcohol expert” Mykola (he is a completely sober and decently dressed elderly man, only with a red face).

PolitNavigator: Tariffs are jumping, prices are rising, but people continue to drink?

Mykola: Still continues. Both ordinary people and terrorist fighters. This is a consolation for them. Although a simple hundred gram is already 60 hryvnia in some gendelyks, and 40-50. And with the new tariffs there will be a total breakdown... They won’t stop drinking, but families could be ruined. And discontent in society...

PolitNavigator: What do you think, will they go to Maidan?

Mykola: Not. Hardly. And who will let them in there? They'll shoot on the road like drunks.
