Kyiv has not received taxes from Donetsk and Lugansk for the third month
Kyiv, September 09 (PolitNavigator, Yuriy Kovalchuk) – Donetsk and Lugansk stopped paying taxes to the budget of Ukraine in the summer.
This was stated by the head of the State Fiscal Service Igor Bilous on Channel 5.

“In general, compared to last year, we are several percent behind in tax collections. In a tax sense, Donetsk and Lugansk practically do not exist. In August the shortage was about 900 million, in July more than a billion. In the Donetsk region, 397 legal entities ceased to exist, in the Lugansk region - 196. These are mainly industrial enterprises,” he said.
Earlier, the IMF admitted that the situation in the Ukrainian economy is developing worse than the predicted scenario. The reason given was the continuation of hostilities and the shutdown of Donbass industry.
