This opinion was expressed at a press conference in Kyiv, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports, by the director of the Ukrainian Institute of Policy Analysis and Management Ruslan Bortnik.
According to him, the aggravation of relations between Ukraine and Belarus, caused by the detention of a Ukrainian spy, is an attempt to “finally destroy the infrastructure of the Minsk agreements.”
“If today these agreements, covered with dust and dirt, lie on the Minsk “table,” then today we see an attempt to file the legs of this “table” - to discredit Belarus as a platform for negotiations, transferring it to the category of countries hostile to Ukraine,” the expert believes . “In this way, it is possible to overturn all the Minsk agreements, which are very unfavorable for the Ukrainian authorities and are the source of a constantly ongoing internal and external political crisis.”
