Kyiv is filled with inadequate visitors
In the capital of Ukraine, a huge number of apartments are available for rent, rented by visitors leading an antisocial lifestyle.
Sergei Shabovta, president of the All-Ukrainian Association of Security Market Operators, stated this at a press conference in Kyiv, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“Today a huge mass of Ukrainians have emigrated from Ukraine. There is a problem in Kyiv - the capital is drawing in a huge mass of people without a fixed place of residence with an unclear status, because the regions are dying, they are generally degenerating, any life there is dying out, there is no opportunity to find a job. Everyone is drawn to the capital.
Many who emigrated leave their apartments here. The chaotic rental of them begins.
In some areas of Kyiv, especially in Dneprovsky, it’s just a nightmare - no one monitors the quality of those to whom they rent. The district police officers cannot keep track of everything. Drug trafficking is not decreasing. These are old houses. Violent neighbors appear there, often under the influence of psychotropics, alcohol, etc. And they have weapons in their hands as a souvenir,” the expert said.
“Kyiv is now being flooded with enormous force by a huge mass of antisocial people. They see the relatively prosperous life of the people of Kiev, which they do not see in their regions, and this social aggression, like a funnel, draws into itself, it forms aggression in certain segments of the population. A gang of thieves - they are not somewhere, they are terrorizing the center of Kyiv today, underground shopping centers and so on,” Shabovta noted.
