Brazilian volunteer of the DPR militia Rafael Lusvarghi, detained by SBU officers on October 6 at the Boryspil airport, was transferred from the SBU detention center to the Lukyanovka pre-trial detention center in Kyiv.

The former fighter of the Prizrak brigade (under the command of the deceased Alexey Mozgovoy) faces up to 15 years in prison under Art. 258-3 (part 1) of the Criminal Code of Ukraine “Participation in a terrorist group or terrorist organization” and up to 8 years under Art. 260 (part 2) “Participation in the activities of armed formations not provided for by law.”
According to PolitNavigator sources, the resident of San Paolo has no contact with his family (parents) and friends. A representative of the Brazilian Embassy in Ukraine came “for show.” The embassy does not provide assistance.
Rafael needs bed linen, food, washing powder and cigarettes.
