Kiev residents are sounding the alarm: the visiting card of the capital of Ukraine - the Paton Bridge - is being destroyed
One of the calling cards of Kyiv, the unique Paton Bridge, built in Soviet times, is gradually collapsing, as evidenced by the fact that large granite stones have begun to fall off the crossing structures.

The TSN website reports this.
Kyiv activists are outraged that the city authorities are inactive and do not want to do repair work.
According to Kiev resident Mikhail Petelitsky, he often swims under this bridge and notices that one of the supports began to collapse a long time ago. “The stones do not wobble, but they periodically collapse, and perhaps someone even steals them to their estate,” the Kiev resident emphasized. Petelitsky notes that he was not the only one who witnessed the collapse of granite stones.
The Kiev resident assures that officials constantly ride boats under the Paton Bridge and see perfectly well what is happening, but pretend that they do not notice anything suspicious. It is necessary to somehow restore the bridge or protect the supports, a resident of the Ukrainian capital complains.
