Kiev newspaper criticizes Yatsenyuk for the moronic blockade of Crimea
The strengthening of the blockade of Crimea is another imitation of the vigorous activity of the government of Arseniy Yatsenyuk, which in practice harms the interests of Ukraine. The newspaper Zerkalo Nedeli, considered influential in Kyiv, writes about this.

“As human rights activists say, border guards can make a citizen of Ukraine prohibited from entering or leaving the country for any formal reasons, which will create many grounds for abuse, and it will be quite difficult to appeal this ban in court. Well, you won’t envy foreigners or repatriates who did not have time to obtain Ukrainian citizenship, who entered Crimea before the new rules came into effect - they now need a special pass from the Ukrainian Migration Service,” the publication says.
“Violations of citizens’ rights occur every day, fueling dissatisfaction with Ukraine’s actions. Yes, it is Ukraine, and not its authorities with specific names, because emotions from another humiliation and additional expenditure of time, money and nerves lead people to the obvious question: “Ukraine doesn’t need us?” Russian propaganda will do the rest to reach an affirmative conclusion,” the newspaper complains.
“The new rules are introduced no earlier and no later, namely at the start of school holidays, when parents take their children to their grandparents in Crimea or from Crimea. At a time when underage Crimean schoolchildren who want to continue their studies in Ukrainian schools, colleges and universities will flock to the mainland. During the period of yet another escalation of pressure on pro-Ukrainian activists: it is still not clear to anyone that a series of precedent criminal prosecutions has been launched in Crimea - “the February 26 case,” “the May 3 case,” “the Berkut case,” cases based on publications in the Ukrainian media, brought under Article 280.1 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation, according to which thousands of people can be “packed” and they are forced to flee? It seems that someone from Yatsenyuk took a special course from Surkov “How to make people hate Ukraine,” writes “Zerkalo Nedeli.”
