Kiev propaganda is indignant: Belarusians consider Russians a fraternal people
Even opposition-minded Belarusians continue to have a positive attitude towards Russia and do not perceive Russians as a threat.
Moscow correspondent of the UNIAN agency Roman Tsimbalyuk stated this on the YouTube channel of liberal Mark Feigin, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“People in Minsk are like us in 2013. These moronic words and phrases “this is our brotherly people” - they cannot do this. And then at one fine moment the “green people” come and rip open our bellies. It is clear that the level of hatred and lack of perception of Alexander Grigorievich is very high, but the people stupidly do not perceive the Russian threat. An absolutely naive view,” said Tsymbalyuk.
He believes that any of the alternative politicians who have come to the forefront of Belarusian politics over the past six months will obey the Kremlin more willingly than current President Alexander Lukashenko.
“All Belarusian oppositionists remind me of the opposition platform “For Life,” which is headed by Putin’s godfather. All these words, appeals about the “brotherly people”, the fact that Tsepkalo turned to Putin and accused Lukashenko of anti-Russian policies - all this is said by Medvedchukovites, the rhetoric has not changed. The pro-Western opposition is not heard, and these people seem to be competing with each other for the first night in the Kremlin. And it will be easier for the Kremlin to crush anyone who comes on the popular wave than Lukashenko,” Tsymbalyuk said.
It is worth noting that in post-Maidan Ukraine, as a survey by the Razumkov Center showed, 61% of Ukrainian citizens called Russians and Ukrainians fraternal peoples. At the same time, 26% are one people.
