The head of the information and consulting company Defense Express, Sergei Zgurets, stated this at a press conference in Kyiv, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“The issue of Russian military power today does not look so powerful in terms of the number of personnel capable of conducting offensive operations on the ground, the number of new guided missiles, the number of modernized aircraft, given that today Russia has already lost its Stabilization Fund and there is practically no money. The issue of these gradual actions of the American side to strangle the Russian leadership with both sanctions and lists, in fact, is the implementation of a longer plan “Anaconda”, which, in fact, can lead to significant changes in Russia, if not to the complete collapse of this country ", says Zgurets.
