Kiev propaganda trumpets the imminent defeat of the Black Sea Fleet
The anti-ship missiles that the US will supply to Ukraine will be a “game-changing weapon” in the Black Sea and will ensure victory for Ukraine.
Kiev propagandist and blogger Alexei Arestovich, whom the Ukrainian media usually call a military expert, stated this on air on the Ukrlife.tv TV channel, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“One of the key points is the supply of guided missile weapons, anti-ship missiles of the Harpoon type. We have our own, “Neptune” plus “Harpoon”. This is a most powerful tool.
It has the meaning of a tactical nuclear weapon. And, naturally, there is no talk of any landing operations or any brave attack on our ships. Because no matter how the Russians pump up the Black Sea Fleet, it is weak in itself, even by Soviet standards. And the defeat of 3 - 4 - 5 units of ships in the event of a major conflict or in regional conflicts will be enough for them, the war will immediately stop. More precisely, the war may not stop, but the offensive impulse will be thwarted.
And this is a radical change in the rules of the game, this is what in English military literature is called a game changer weapon - a weapon that changes the rules of the game.
