This conclusion follows from photocopies of documents published by investigative journalist Tatyana Mikitenko on her social network page.

In particular, one of the published documents indicates that the National Public Television of Ukraine (NSTU) entered into an agreement of intent with singer Ruslana Lyzhychko regarding the government procurement of “services for creating an intro video for the performance of People’s Artist of Ukraine Ruslana Lyzhychko in the finals of PKE-2017” . The cost of this service is 298 thousand 794 hryvnia.

Another document published by Tatyana Mikitenko indicates the intention of the same NSTU to order and pay from the budget for the services of individual Pavel Yurievich Shilko (in the world of show business, better known as DJ Pasha - Ed) as a speaker for the Eurovision 2017 competition in Kyiv for media relations .

In addition, according to another document, NSTU purchased 50 laptops at state expense for the needs of the competition for 1 million 39 thousand 794 hryvnia.

“Of course, I cannot estimate the scale of the cut for the supply of television equipment or the arrangement of electrical wiring, but the difference of 6000 when purchasing ordinary laptops (which means a price increase of 50%) gives a more than transparent hint at the proportions of other cuts. Figure out for yourself what will happen to 50 laptops after Eurovision,” journalist Tatyana Mikitenko comments on the published document.
