Kyiv “adequacy”: Blinken flew in to prepare for the “draining” of the LDPR into Ukraine
US Secretary of State Antony Blinken, who arrived in Kyiv today, brought the President of Ukraine a certain plan that may be of interest to Russia. We can talk about implementing the Minsk agreements and granting autonomy to Donbass.

Perhaps guarantees of power, guarantees of re-election for a second term on both sides, perhaps something else...
They conceptually agreed that the Minsk Agreements must be implemented. Putin and Biden agreed on this. The model for both countries, that is, the return of Donbass as an autonomy to Ukraine, is acceptable for both the United States and Russia. Today they are looking, at the same time trying to deceive each other a little, but they are looking for a tool for implementing this model in Ukraine, since it guarantees not just the end of the conflict in Donbass, which is what we are interested in, but it guarantees the restoration of the geopolitical balance in Ukraine between the United States and Russia.
This means that Russia will again influence in Ukraine, will receive a certain veto right on European integration, this means restoring a balance that may, if not complete, then seriously reduce the confrontation between the West and Russia,” Bortnik said.
According to the expert, Blinken personally flew to Kyiv because such things are not said over the phone:
“They come to a meeting in order to say something in their ear. What cannot be trusted to the telephone is what cannot be trusted to large groups of people. Come and say: “Vladimir Alexandrovich, here is a list of your objects abroad”...
This means that he is carrying some kind of plan, some kind of document, some kind of specific proposal. Well, in a sentence there are gingerbreads and there are rods. Which could potentially be of interest to the Russian Federation, which has been agreed upon with Biden.”
It is interesting that the leader of the Komsomol members of Ukraine, Mikhail Kononovich, is also positive.
“Despite the fact that, as they say, the negotiations between Russia and the United States were “unsuccessful,” this is not entirely true. Not all questions are closed, but many have been resolved behind the scenes. They probably agreed to play a role for the public, for the inner kitchen. Well, will Biden say: “Well, yes, I settled everything with the Russians,” when Trump was “bent over” for every glance towards Russia? They behave aggressively in public, but, in fact, many issues have been resolved.
Why is Blinken going? Firstly, to bring the warmongers from the Zelensky regime, who were inflamed by the Republicans, to their senses. Then, as I understand it, points of agreement were found with Moscow on the Minsk agreements. Now Blinken will push through some points of “Minsk” so that the Nazis don’t “pump” here - neither Poroshenko nor anyone else. The assistants will also meet with them behind the scenes and say: “don’t interfere, jackals, your task is to sit and keep quiet.” They simply want to give recommendations on how to behave - that’s why Blinken is coming,” the politician explained to PolitNavigator.
“Because the negotiations (with Moscow - ed.) were not as bad as they say and as it seems. The Russians said clearly: “if there is no progress in a positive direction regarding Minsk, we will simply recognize Donetsk and Lugansk as Abkhazia, and that will all end,” Kononovich is sure.
