Kyiv experts, motivated by Russophobia, fell into conspiracy heresy
Subordinate to the General Staff of the Russian Federation there is a special military unit that causes confusion throughout Europe and, wherever possible, spoils Western opponents.
Yaroslav Chernogor, a member of the board of the Ukrainian Prism Foreign Policy Council, stated this at a press conference in Kyiv, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
