Kyiv scammers are selling fake tickets for the Zelensky-Poroshenko debate on the Internet
On an online advertising platform, unknown people are selling non-existent tickets for the debate between presidential candidates Vladimir Zelensky and Petro Poroshenko at the Olimpiysky NSC, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
This is stated in an investigation published by the Kyiv online publication UNN.
Thus, the advertisement states that a ticket to the debate on April 19, 2019 can be purchased for 187 UAH by transferring funds to a card that an unknown person sent to the journalist in an SMS message. After transferring the funds, the person promised to send a “notarized ticket” to the journalist’s email.
After transferring funds to the card indicated by the man, his cell phone became unavailable for calls. However, advertisements from the online platform are still active.
Let us remind you that Ukrainian presidential candidate Vladimir Zelensky invited Poroshenko to a debate before the second round of elections, and put forward his conditions for the still-current head of state, including Poroshenko’s examination by a narcologist.
Chairman of the Board of the NSTU Zurab Alasania said that the NSTU is beginning negotiations with presidential candidates on organizing their debates at the Olimpiysky NSC.
