The length of the red carpet at Eurovision 2017 will be 265 m, it will be the longest in the history of the song contest.

The organizers said that the designer of the Eurovision 2017 stage was Florian Wieder, this is the fourth stage he has designed for this competition.
“The weight of the stage is 30 tons, and the stands are 450 tons. Another 212 tons are suspended from the ceiling. The arena's energy consumption reaches 7 MW at full power, of which 854 thousand W are for lighting. 18 generators use 20 thousand liters of fuel daily,” the organizers noted.
It is reported that there are seven thousand seats in the spectator stands, of which 50 are for people with disabilities.
“To date, about 30 thousand tickets have been sold, about 19 thousand have been reserved for delegations of countries participating in the competition, and about 21 thousand more tickets are either on sale or will appear soon,” the message notes.
