Kyiv media called Belarusians inferior
Only the unofficial, oppositional to the official, culture of modern Belarusians has the right to be full-fledged, writes the magazine “Український week."

In the film by modern Belarusian director Andrei Kudzinenka “Occupation. Mysteries” the terrible words sound: “Now Belarusians have a state. But they themselves are no longer left.”
