Kyiv authorities encourage ethnic hatred

The Ukrainian authorities are responsible for the increase in the number of crimes motivated by ethnic hatred.
Ruslan Bortnik, director of the Ukrainian Institute of Policy Analysis and Management, stated this at a press conference in Kyiv, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“The interference of the authorities in national politics, the prohibition of education in their native language, actions to Ukrainize television, rewriting history without consultation with national minorities - all this is perceived by radical groups as a command “fas”, as a signal of impunity when committing crimes against ethnic or religious, linguistic, any other minorities,” he said.
