Kiev economist: Enterprises are closing, we are following the path of Latin America

Industrial enterprises in the East of Ukraine are lost to Kyiv, the country is plunging into crisis and repeating the path of Latin American countries. Natalia Semenchenko, Doctor of Economic Sciences, stated this at a press conference in Kyiv.

“Many enterprises are closing, we have lost the east, we have an infrastructure and energy crisis. I really don’t want to follow the Latin American path and become a source of raw materials for more developed economies. However, there are high risks that we will come to this,” says Semenchenko.
