Ukrainian economist and political scientist Oleg Soskin stated this on his video blog, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
According to Soskin, even if you believe Ukrainian propaganda about Russian losses, it will take at least a year to fight the current number of those mobilized in the Russian Federation.
