Kiev historian: It is necessary to continue the work of Buzina, in Ukraine there is already a whole generation of moral monsters
It is necessary to continue the work of Oles Buzina in order to resist the propagation of false myths propagated in modern Ukraine.
Kiev historian and publicist Alexander Karevin stated this in his speech at the evening in memory of Oles Buzina, held at the Kiev representative office of Rossotrudnichestvo. He said that he was not a close friend of Buzina, but they were on friendly terms and followed each other’s work.

“In the confrontation that unfolded in our country (and it did not unfold yesterday) and last year turned into a hot phase, he and I were on the same side of the barricades,” the historian noted. “We were doing a common thing, working in the same direction, fighting the same phenomena. I can’t say that we didn’t have disagreements, but they didn’t go public because we had a common enemy. And clarification of controversial issues was postponed until our common victory. But it so happened that there is no general victory yet, and Oles is no longer there.”
At the same time, the speaker emphasized that the work that Buzina did must be continued.
“This is important, because an entire generation is now being brought up on the false, pseudo-historical myths that are being propagated in our country,” summed up Alexander Karevin. – And as a result, a huge number of moral monsters appear. Such monsters who killed Oles and who are ready to kill people just because they think differently and do not share the views of this very evil spirits.”
