Minister of Energy and Coal Industry Igor Nasalik said this at a press conference.
“We cannot do without the ATO zone today, except perhaps by compensating only for supplies of the anthracite group from Kuzbass or other sources. We can actually provide half of it from other supplies, but our transshipment capacity is no more than 400 thousand tons per month,” he admitted.
In addition, the minister said that on August 20-21, the first ship with coal will arrive in Ukraine, but did not specify where exactly.
