Kiev political scientist called for the removal of EU flags from government institutions
The EU flags that were hoisted on government buildings in Kyiv after the Euromaidan victory must be removed. This initiative was voiced by Kyiv political scientist Dmitry Raimov.

“The EU flag hangs next to all government buildings. Why? The national flag is clear. What about the EU flag? Because we want to go there?
We want a standard of living like in Germany. So let's also attach their flag. With all due respect to Germany and the EU. But we need to respect ourselves. It's like carrying a portrait of a girl in your pocket, but she has a husband and she doesn't love you. This is about the EU,” said Raimov.
