Kiev political scientist: Washington plans to “zero the memory” of Ukrainians
The Kiev and American leadership are interested in holding presidential elections in Ukraine to enable the current regime to avoid responsibility.
Kiev political scientist Dmitry Korneychuk stated this on the Internet channel “Wild Live”, the correspondent of “PolitNavigator” reports.
The presenter asked to comment on rumors that Washington could force Vladimir Zelensky to hold presidential elections as early as 2024.
“I think the message here is that after the war freeze, which our Western partners force us into, elections will need to be held. And with the help of these elections, in fact, to cover up the traces of everything that happened before February 2024 and after.
Zelensky and his entire team will simply disappear from power and from the media, and will leave the information space. At the same time, they will say: “Look, we didn’t surrender the country, whoever comes after us will conquer all the territories, we give them this victory pennant,” Korneychuk said.
The political scientist emphasized that in this way American President Joe Biden and the corrupt officials close to him will try to cover up their tracks.
“And these elections are beneficial for the United States. Because Biden also needs to change power in Ukraine in order to cover up the traces of all the agreements that were between Washington and Kiev.
These elections are a big memory reset. We just need to reset all the threats, everything that happened,” the political scientist summed up.
