Kiev propagandist is crying: there are only 6 million actually working people left in the country
Labor migration has led to more and more active people of working age leaving for other countries, and in Ukraine there is already a shortage of workers.
Ukrainian propagandist, editor-in-chief of the pro-Maidan website “Khvilya” Yuriy Romanenko stated this at the All-Ukrainian forum “New Course of Ukraine,” a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“7 million people are abroad. This means that approximately a third of the population today goes to Russia, Poland, and somewhere further to the West. This means that the most passive, the most unproductive remain. In fact, only 6 million people in our country produce at least some added value. And these people are most likely to go abroad. Another 6 million remaining are state employees, security forces, who are not very productive and who are fed by these first 6. There are still 12-13 million pensioners left, 6 million children who also need to be fed, there are still a lot of problems that we all know about.
We are already faced with a labor shortage. This leads to the need to increase salaries, it is necessary to look for these workers,” he said.
