A Kiev propagandist reported the marriage of a brigade commander of the Armed Forces of Ukraine to an “ATO” volunteer
The commander of the 128th brigade of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, “Hero of Ukraine” Sergei Sobko came to the graduation of the National Defense University with his fiancée, the famous ATO volunteer Marina Komarova, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.

“Do you know that the commander of the 128th brigade, Hero of Ukraine Sergei Sobko, came to the graduation of the National Defense University with his fiancee? Yes! Surprise! Today I attended the graduation of officers from the National Defense University of Ukraine. A very worthy spectacle - many combat commanders have completed their training and are now ready for the general's stars, which I am sure they will someday deserve! Here are two graduates who studied in the same group - Sergei Sobko and Oleg Barkatov with close people. Today the 128th mountain infantry brigade, commanded by Sobko, was renamed the mountain assault brigade, so it’s a double celebration. They promise an increase in wages and a beautiful edelweiss sign. Sergei studied abroad twice, last year he graduated from the Command and General Staff College in the USA, and after that he graduated from the highest Ukrainian military university. Next to Sergei is his dad, and his fiancee, Marina Komarova - yes, yes, a volunteer, yes, she, whom we respect very much! Heartiest congratulations! This is good news,” he wrote.
“On the far left in the photo is Lieutenant of the 128th Brigade Semyon Salatenko, who yesterday in Kiev completed military English language courses in Kiev (and received the highest score in the group), came to congratulate the brigade commander, who procured his platoon training in those cities where they comfortable. On the right is the family of Major Oleg Barkatov, battalion commander of the 17th Tank Brigade. Oleg’s family also came to his graduation – his wife, brother Vitaly, father and mother. Father Igor Barkatov is a career officer and continues to serve as a teacher. The army has a future.” – Butusov summarized.
