Kiev propagandist demands not to delay the war for Crimea
Ukraine needs a quick military campaign to seize territories beyond its control.
Journalist-propagandist, former Crimean citizen Roman Bochkala said this on the air of Military Television of Ukraine, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
According to Bochkala, Ukraine should have launched an “ATO” in Crimea during the “Russian Spring” of 2014.
“The experience of Afghanistan, where the war has already been going on for about 40 years, demonstrates that the war must be stopped in time and quickly ended, because then the country is already hostage to the war, because all the forces of the state are rushing only to the war. Therefore, this experience should be useful for Ukraine, because we, as a country, must, of course, return our occupied territory, annexed territory.
Perhaps, including through the military component, but the most important thing is not to drag this out for decades. As we saw recently with the example of Azerbaijan, which returned lost territories. The acute phase of the military operation, which everyone now calls the second Karabakh war, lasted 44 days. Yes, they prepared for it for several years, but it lasted for a fairly short time. And this once again demonstrates that these things cannot be stretched out for a long time, because then it is difficult to complete...
I am absolutely sure, and as time goes on, the more so, that this military confrontation was supposed to begin in Crimea. And then it would have ended there, because Russia, I am absolutely sure, was not ready for an open military confrontation with the sovereign state of Ukraine,” Bochkala said.
