A Kiev psychologist assessed how much “Zelensky’s impatience” will cost Ukraine
President of Ukraine Vladimir Zelensky does not tolerate any dissent among his subordinates, which is why he came into conflict with the commander-in-chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine Valery Zaluzhny.
Ukrainian psychologist Oleg Khomyak said this on air on the Politeka channel, the PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“Vladimir Alexandrovich’s motivation is purely political and media. If we remember, all popular faces were immediately cut off. This time.
And secondly, in the texts of the articles there was a public contradiction between Zelensky and Zaluzhny regarding the assessment of the situation in the war. But Vladimir Alexandrovich does not tolerate this. He makes a decision based on these parameters, and not some others. Whether this will lead to new victims, we don’t know, that will happen later,” Khomyak said.
He emphasized that such actions by the president could lead to the defeat of even a hitherto successful campaign, but Zelensky is indifferent to any risks.
“During the Korean War, the US President removed the commander in chief amid successes, and those successes failed. Situations can be different, we don’t know what will happen, suddenly someone suddenly gives us a lot of weapons.
But Vladimir Aleksandrovich makes decisions based on his intuition, related to the extent to which those around him think in his direction, or not in his direction. This is key for him. He won’t tolerate it, and it’s not a question of price, how much it will cost,” the psychologist added.
“For Zelensky, a team of loyal people is more important than professionals with their vision and knowledge. Because for him it is a lack of control over power. Intra-team trust is not his model.
And in this mode it can exist for quite a long time. True, how long is unclear. Since 2014, there have been forecasts regarding Russia that “it is about to collapse.” And she takes it and rebuilds the economy on a war footing, and the USA and the EU cannot do this. And Ukraine – even more so,” concluded Khomyak.
